Annual Golf Outing

The Annual Golf Outing will be held Thursday, June 8th at the Twin Lakes Golf Club in Carmel, Indiana.  Don’t miss one of the first golf outings of the season for the insurance industry.  We had an outstanding event last year, and we want to do it again!  The proceeds from the golf outing will help fund the Chapter’s insurance scholarships at Ball State University, Butler and Indiana State University. 

Enjoy an all-day event with lunch, golf, cocktails, dinner and prizes.

Registration and lunch will begin at 11:00 a.m.

The Shotgun Start will begin at 12:30 p.m.

The cash bar will take place from approximately 5:00 – 5:30 p.m.

Dinner will begin at approximately 5:30 p.m.

 

You may register as an individual golfer, register your entire foursome or register for lunch and/or dinner only.

 

The registration fee for golfers is $105 and this includes lunch, golf and dinner.

Lunch only is $20

Dinner only is $30

 

Please register by May 15, 2017.  There will be no refunds after May 15th
