Presenter: Jeff Rieder, CPA, CPCU, CLU, Partner and Head of Ward Group
This seminar will provide a summary of key financial and operational trends within the P&C industry, including an overview of the financial performance over the last 25 years.
Additionally, Mr. Rieder will provide Ward Group's perspective on the insurance labor market, the changing landscape of the workforce and how companies are addressing changes in the operational model to react to changing consumer and competitive demands.

Presenter: Matthew J. Smith, Esq., President and Founder, Insurance Law Services, Inc.
This seminar will look at what insurance professionals should be doing to better fight back against insurance fraud and be proactively prepared for the demographic changes facing America’s insurance profession.
